Colleagues Left Him To Die: New Details About Attack On Z-Military Correspondent Poddubny

New details have emerged about the drone attack on Russian “Z-war correspondent” Yevgeny Poddubny in the Kursk region. As UNIAN writes with reference to Telegram channels, the war correspondent's colleagues did not try to save him, but simply drove away.

“The film crew, which was driving in a car behind him at the time of the attack, did not help Poddubny after the FPV drone hit his car. The propagandist's colleagues simply drove to a safe place,” the media wrote.

According to the Baza Telegram channel, Poddubny spent the night in the intensive care unit of the burn department of the Kursk Regional Hospital, where he was taken with a traumatic brain injury, shrapnel wounds, as well as burns to the head, torso and upper limbs. It is noted that Poddubny received burns on 20 percent of his body.

Doctors also diagnosed the “Z-war correspondent” with a thermal inhalation injury — damage to the respiratory system caused by inhaling hot air.

It is reported that a Moscow team of doctors arrived at the Kursk hospital at night and took the propagandist to the capital.
