Unique Footage From Superjet Crash Site Near Moscow

The crew had no chance to survive.

New footage has been published from the scene of the Sukhoi Superjet 100 plane crash in the Moscow region. The board was completely destroyed.

Photos and videos were published by the head of Kolomna near Moscow, Alexander Grechishchev. The footage shows that the plane crashed in the forest. At the scene of the emergency, broken trees and burnt parts of the Russian Superjet are visible.

This happened near the village of Bolshoye Karasevo, 20 kilometers from the take-off point. It is known that at the time of the fall there were only three crew members on board: two pilots and a navigator. None of them managed to survive.

According to Russian media, the Superjet crashed during a test flight after replacing the “filling” with a Russian-made one.

The aircraft, in particular, received Russian-made onboard systems. The reason for the jet fall has not yet been announced.
