Platan Research Institute Associated With RF Army Burning Again Near Moscow

The Platan research institute in the Russian town of Fryazino has caught fire again. Eyewitnesses report heavy fire and smoke on the upper floors, dialog.ua writes.

The upper floors of the building are again engulfed in fire. It is not known what caused the second fire. Judging by the footage, firefighters are not making any effort to extinguish it.

We remind you that the Institute caught fire in the afternoon of June 24. Strong fire quickly spread through the building filled with people. Some of them jumped from the windows, despite the great height. At least two died from the fall. In total, the death toll of this fire reached 8 people. As a result of the fire, the building was critically damaged, there is a threat of collapse.

It should be noted that the Platan Research Institute is very tightly involved in the military-industrial complex of Russia. In particular, it is engaged in developing new types of weapons and equipment, including drones, radio electronic warfare, communication and reconnaissance systems, and new types of armour.
