The AW-139 can reach speeds of up to 310 km/h and has a range of up to 1,061 kilometres. It can accommodate up to 15 passengers and is equipped with advanced navigation systems and safety features.

The helicopter has been under US and UK sanctions since 2021. Lukashenka has only travelled by this helicopter a few times.
