The court decision is known.
The Russian company ‘Sverdlovsk Tool Plant’ has won a lawsuit against Homselmash. As Zerkalo reports, this follows from the data published on the Russian ‘Electronic Justice’ website.
‘Sverdlovsk Tool Plant (RF), which produces metal-cutting tools, filed a lawsuit against Homselmash in October this year to recover Br3.49 million (Br115.9 thousand at the exchange rate of the National Bank of Belarus on December 4). This amount, including penalties, is owed by the Belarusian company to the Russians, as follows from the court documents.
December 2, Arbitration Court of Sverdlovsk region in Russia granted the suit. The decision can still be appealed within a month.
We remind you that Homselmash had big plans to supply agricultural machinery to Russia, but difficulties arose.
Earlier, the company expected to produce at least 3,500 units of self-propelled harvesting machinery this year, but later adjusted the plan to 3,260. At the same time, Homselmash planned to increase exports by 12% in 2024.
