Mass Desertion Of Russian Soldiers From Kherson Region Begins

Additional blocking detachments have been transferred to the region.

Instances of desertion among Russian soldiers have become more frequent in the temporarily occupied territories of the Kherson region. To combat this phenomenon, the command is using blocking detachments.

This was reported by the Center for National Resistance.

It is noted that the reason for the escape and cases of self-mutilation is the unwillingness of the occupiers to die because of the ambitions of the Russian dictator Vladimir Putin.

“Additional forces of the Russian Guard have arrived in the region to search for deserters, who are acting as blocking detachments,” the report says.

In addition, the CNR noted that the Russian command is resettling the occupiers along the Dnipro bank in empty premises of Ukrainians, as well as captured dormitories. For this, the local occupation administration is drawing up lists of the corresponding premises for settlement.
