Issuing False IDs For DPRK Soldiers By Russian Federation Becomes Known

Only the signature is real.

Russia issues ‘fake’ military tickets to North Korean soldiers with completely falsified information about their ‘legalisation’ in the Russian Federation. This is what the investigators of the evocation.info project say.

The investigators revealed that they received a photo of the document, which the occupiers issue to fighters from the DPRK. A military ticket of the RF Armed Forces, issued in the name of a native of the Republic of Tyva - Kim Kan-Bolat, born on 13.04.1997, was found with one of the dead DPRK fighters in Kursk region.

According to the legend, the private grenade launcher ‘Kim’ was allegedly born in the village of Bayan-Tala, received secondary technical education in 2016, worked as a roofer, and then got conscripted into the Tuvan 55th Mountain Infantry Brigade (m/u 55115).

‘The “evocation.info” team has established that a person with this name and year of birth does not exist. The only true information in the document is the owner's signature on the first page. Thanks to it, we know that the real name of the killed fighter is Lee Dae-Haek (Ri Dae-Haek, 리대혁, Li Dae Hyuk),’ the report said.

Investigators found quite a few inconsistencies in the document, including that a photo, mandatory entries, order numbers, signatures and seals were missing.

‘For example, “Kim” allegedly has been serving since 2016, but he first received his weapon on October 10, 2024, and his personal badge (AB - 175311) a day later,’ the investigators noted.

They are sure that Russian military commissions issued thousands of forged documents in a hurry to ‘legalise’ DPRK fighters disguised as Tuvinians, Buryats and other nationalities living in Russia.
