The young man was so in love with aviation that he bought fake documents.
The Telegram channel “Aviatorschina” reports that a 25-year-old local resident named Evgeny will soon appear before the Kirovsky District Court of Omsk. He is accused under Article 327, Part 3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (use of knowingly forged official documents).
As it turned out, the young man was so in love with aviation that he somehow bought a diploma of secondary vocational education from the Omsk Aviation College named after N.E. Zhukovsky in the specialty “mechanical engineering technology” and with the assignment of the qualification “technician”.
The newly minted “specialist” presented the diploma to the HR department of the Omsk airport and got a job as a ground handling operator for the aircraft servicing section. It is unknown how long Evgeny worked there.
The details will be known on December 19, when an open court hearing will be held. An aviation enthusiast faces either forced labor, or restriction of freedom, or imprisonment — all for up to one year.
