Train From Minsk To Samara Delayed By More Than 10 Hours

Trees fell on the tracks.

The Russian Railways reported on the evening of November 23 that the train from Minsk to Samara was delayed by more than 10 hours. The reason was “unfavorable weather conditions.”

In particular, according to the Russian Railways, trees fell on the tracks in the Kaluga region of the Russian Federation. A team was sent there to clear them off the rails.

“As a result, train #150 “Minsk-Samara” was delayed at Baryatinskaya station. At 17:38, it continued along an alternative route through Fayansovaya station, deviating from the schedule by more than 10 hours,” the Russian Railways said.

There they assured that the train provided a “comfortable temperature regime,” and that passengers were fed upon arrival at the Sukhinichi-Glavnye and Tula-Vyazemskaya stations.
