‘Preemptive Strike Will Be Carried Out Against Putin’

A Ukrainian Armed Forces Colonel has described a scenario in case the Kremlin “goes crazy”.

Journalist Alesya Batsman asked a military expert, retired Ukrainian Armed Forces Colonel Roman Svitan, to describe how events will develop after the head of the Kremlin gives the order to use nuclear weapons.

The military expert first reported the following: “Putin thinking of launching a “nuclear weapon” 649 times a day is one thing, but there are certain mechanisms for its use. This is a whole chain, where 5-7 key people and up to ten are involved”.

A Ukrainian Armed Forces Colonel is convinced that no one will allow Putin to use strategic nuclear weapons: “The time to execute a command before it is completed is at least one and a half to two hours. During this time, and all these chains are tracked by all serious world intelligence services, and they are definitely tracked by the intelligence services of nuclear powers, they will surely find out about Putin's plans, that is, this is a whole process that will in no way go unnoticed, and as soon as this begins, a preventive strike will be carried out.”

“They will not allow Putin to carry out a combat mission using strategic nuclear weapons. Why? Because the missile can fly to Ukraine, or it can fly to London, or it can fly to New York. Its main target is difficult to determine, especially when it leaves at the first stage of acceleration,” Roman Svitan concluded.
