Explosions In Kursk And Kurchatov: ATACMS, UAVs Attack Kursk Region

A photo of a probable ATACMS hit on a facility in the Kursk region also appeared on social media.

Local authorities had been reporting the alleged threat of missile strikes since the evening before. Then the work of the air defense was announced.

Later, the governor of the Kursk region at least twice announced the end of the danger of a missile attack, then claiming the threat reappeared.

In addition, he also spoke about the danger of attacks using drones in the region.

Already at night, a Russian official reported on the alleged downing of two missiles and 27 drones by air defense systems in the Kursk region. And he called on local residents “not to approach the wreckage”. It is important to note that these missiles and UAVs, according to him, were Ukrainian.

The Lipetsk region

In this Russian region, local authorities also announced the danger of an air attack on Saturday evening.
