The missile hit the target precisely.
Ukrainian artillerymen have hit a firing range in Zaporizhzhia region, the Russian infantry were training there. Ukraine's military intelligence service said that the cluster of Russians was detected by their drones, after which a decision was made to launch a missile strike, Dialogue.UA reported.
The movement of the Russians at the range was monitored by reconnaissance drones for some time before the strike.
When the Russians stopped near the vehicles, a single projectile from a HIMARS rocket launcher came close to them.
The Main Intelligence Directorate said that the strike on the range managed to eliminate 7 occupants: 3 were killed immediately, and another 4 died of wounds.
It is likely that the Ukrainian artillerymen used only one shell because they were trying to change their position immediately in order not to be detected by Russian intelligence.
