Is the dictator afraid of a law enforcers' conspiracy?
Back on November 18, Aliaksandr Lukashenka signed a decree on stripping military and special ranks - a total of 21 people were included on the list. At that time their names were not reported. At midnight from November 20 to 21, the text of the decree was published on the National Legal Internet Portal. Thus, the names of those deprived of ranks became known.
The decree includes Colonel of Internal Service Siarhei Sandaliuk, Lieutenant Colonel of Justice Aleh Yedko and Lieutenant Colonel of Police Hennadz Maiseichyk.
As well as majors Andrei Rekets, Anton Stankevich, Inna Ulasavets and police majors Mikhail Zaleuski and Uladzimir Martsinkevich.
In addition, senior lieutenants - Ruslan Asadulayeu, Ryhor Zakharau, senior police lieutenant Aliaksandr Il'in and senior lieutenant of justice Anton Shibuta.
Captains Raman Yaromenka, Pavel Kavalerau, Yuliya Matusevich, Yeuhen Matskevich, Dzmitry Charnabroukin and Captain of Justice Pavel Zinin were deprived of their ranks.
Senior Warrant Officer Aliaksandr Dashchynski, Warrant Officer Ivan Strashkevich and Petty Officer Siarhei Barodzin were also included in the list.
