SBU Forces Blew Up Russian Black Sea Fleet Missile Ships Chief Of Staff

The 1st rank captain led the shelling of Ukrainian cities.

The Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) confirmed the liquidation of the Chief of Staff of the Missile Ships of the Russian Black Sea Fleet in Sevastopol, captain of the 1st rank Valeriy Trankovsky.

The SBU noted that the elimination of the war criminal involved in the shelling of Ukraine was carried out by the forces of the Service: he died from blood loss after a car explosion.

In particular, Trankovsky was involved in the shelling of Vinnytsia in July 2022, which killed 29 Ukrainians. This was reported by OBOZ.UA sources in the SBU.

OBOZ.UA sources claim that the explosion of the car of the head of the staff of the 41st brigade of missile ships and boats of the Russian Black Sea Fleet Valery Trankovsky in the temporarily occupied Sevastopol on the morning of November 13 was the result of a successful special operation by the SBU.

As a result of the explosion, the Russian captain's legs were torn off, he died from blood loss.

Trankovsky is also responsible for multiple strikes on Odesa and other peaceful Ukrainian cities, as well as dozens of Ukrainian lives cut short by Russian missiles.

"He was an absolutely legitimate target from the point of view of the laws and customs of war," the source notes.

Russian propagandists claim that Trankovsky was followed for seven days before the car was blown up. An improvised explosive device, planted under the bottom of the car, was activated remotely.

"It is symbolic that the Russian war criminal, who has the blood of dozens of Ukrainian civilians on his hands, ended his inglorious life on Taras Shevchenko Street in Sevastopol. Retribution for the crime is only a matter of time. No occupier or murderer can feel safe, no matter where he is," the SBU source emphasized.
