Verkhovna Rada Bans Mobilization Of Ukrainians Under 25

311 deputies voted “for”.

On Wednesday, October 9, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted law #11379d as a whole, which provides for the exemption from mobilization of Ukrainians under 25 years of age.

This was reported by Ukrainian MP Oleksiy Honcharenko.

According to him, 311 deputies voted “for”.

Honcharenko also stated that the law does not provide for the demobilization of already mobilized Ukrainians under 25 years of age, but stressed that he would seek such a decision in the future.
