Belarusian MoD Comments On Explosion Sound In Minsk

The official representative of the department Natallia Havrusik stated that the sound of an explosion in Minsk was connected with "planned exercises of the air defence forces." The department published an explanation two hours after the incident.

According to Havrusik, as part of the inspection of the air defence forces, a Su-30 fighter was raised into the air, BelTA writes.
