Klitschko: Person Killed In Russian Strike On Kyiv Hightower Was An Underage Girl

The casualties have an acute stress reaction.
Russian occupation forces struck a multi-story building in the Solomensky district of Kyiv, killing a minor girl. This was reported by mayor of Kyiv Vitali Klitschko.
“In the building in the Solomensky district, apartments from the 17th to the 21st floors were damaged. The fire was extinguished. A girl born in 2009 died,” Klitschko wrote.
He specified that five people were injured as a result of the enemy attack. Four of them received medical assistance on the spot, and one person was hospitalized.
“A mobile tent was deployed on the spot for the residents of the building to provide the necessary assistance,” Klitschko noted.
It is also noted that two people were rescued from an apartment on the 20th floor and transferred to an ambulance. More than 100 people were taken out into the fresh air, four casualties sought medical attention on their own.
The National Police confirmed that the casualties had an acute stress reaction.
According to the Kyiv Regional Prosecutor's Office, a 14-year-old girl who was in one of the apartments where the fire occurred died.
A criminal case has been opened for violation of the laws and customs of war, combined with premeditated murder (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine)
