This was stated by Russian Defense Minister Andrei Belousov at a meeting with the head of the Belarusian military department Viktar Khrenin, which took place on October 23 in Minsk.

“Changes in the military-political situation have necessitated clarifying the principles of the Russian Federation's state policy in the field of nuclear deterrence. And adapting it to new realities.
