Armed Enforcers Brutally Detained Mahiliou Region Resident

Security forces detained a resident of the village of Lykava in the Mahiliou region for reposts and likes on Odnoklassniki. A pro-government channel published a video of the brutal detention of the man.

The detainee's name is Aliaksandr Lapachenka, he is 42 years old, Mediazona learned.

The security forces' video first shows the detention of Aliaksandr. After the command "let's work", two riot police officers jump out of the minibus, armed, in bulletproof vests and helmets, throw the man face down on the ground and ask if he knows why he was detained. Aliaksandr says he doesn't know. One of the police officers answers him: "You have been detained for distributing extremist materials. Congratulations!"

Then one of the police officers asks: "How did they detain you, beautifully?" Aliaksandr replies: "Really." It is unknown under what articles Aliaksandr Lapachenka was detained, the authors of the pro-government channel write that he "got administrative protocols and a criminal case."
