At the beginning of September, a 64-year-old Mahiliou retiree showed a particularly violent temper — he behaved so badly that a criminal case was opened against him.

The man decided to go to his daughter on a bicycle. He drank quite a lot and went for a visit.

Suddenly a car appeared on the road in the oncoming lane ahead. Seeing the car, the pensioner stopped and waited for the vehicle to come closer. As soon as the car was nearby, the old man raised his iron horse and hit it on the hood of the car, stunning the driver with his actions.

When the police asked the violent Mahiliou resident to explain why he drove his bicycle into an unfamiliar car, he said that he took out his anger and resentment on the first vehicle he came across because of an incident that happened a week ago — then some motorist did not give way to a pensioner.

In the end, a criminal case was opened against the avenger for hooliganism.
