SBU 'Blinds' Russian Air Defence In Kursk Region

A burnt-out spot was left by the 'super-powerful' Kasta station.

On Thursday 28 September, a drone of the Security Service of Ukraine detected and eliminated the Russian radar station "Kasta", located near the settlement of Giryi, Belovsky district, Kursk region.

SBU sources told NV.

"The Russians told us that it can detect even aircraft with stealth technology. But the SBU drone somehow missed it," the source said.

The interlocutor noted that a feature of the Kasta is its ability to detect air targets at extremely low altitudes.

Earlier, the SBU reported a successful special operation in which a Russian power substation in the Kursk region was attacked by drones.
