Verkhovna Rada MP: International Criminal Court May Announce Arrest Of Lukashenka

The necessary documents and evidence have been collected.

The International Criminal Court may declare Lukashenka a war criminal and order his arrest. Documents to this effect have been sent to the ICC.

This was stated by member of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Oleksiy Goncharenko to Belsat.

"Indeed, I have evidence and the necessary documents confirming the involvement of the Lukashenka regime in genocide and in the forced deportation of children from the territory of Ukraine. When the resolution of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe was adopted, a separate clause was also added, according to which there will be an appeal to the International Criminal Court on the role in the forced deportation of Ukrainian children from the territory of Ukraine. Lukashenka should also be held responsible for this crime. An appeal to the International Criminal Court has been sent," Oleksiy Goncharenko said.
