Tsikhanouskaya Sweeping Rubbish Under Carpet

The situation looks more and more like the notorious 'Operation Trust'.

Natallia Radzina, editor-in-chief of the Charter97.org website, has commented on Facebook on Tsikhanouskaya's statement regarding the conflict in "Baypol," an organization of former enforcers :

"The situation with Lieutenant Colonel of the State Department for Combating Organised Crime Azarau and Baypol has reached an absurdity and cynicism of the highest degree. Despite accusing Azarau of financial impropriety and the suspicions about the dubious 'Peramoha' plan, Tsikhanouskaya's office has made the decision to silence all participants in the conflict and sweep the rubbish under the carpet.

They decided to divide the organisation, forbidding any mutual accusations. Lieutenant Colonel Azarau, who is accused by former Belarusian volunteers of torture and pressure when he was the head of a department of this punitive structure, is left with the 'Peramoha' plan, whose naive participants are arrested so often that there is a suspicion that it is used by the special services to identify people who are determined to fight.

What's more, Tsihanouskaya and her comrades continue to claim that the plan is reliable and there are no leaks, even though its drafter and leader has failed to maintain control even of his own social media accounts.

What does all this suggest? Not only the ineffectiveness, weakness and pointlessness of all these "offices" and "coordination councils". Not only the lust for power and greed of this "Union of the Sword and the Ploughshare". The more time passes, the more it all resembles the notorious "Operation Trust", the aim of which is to lead people away from the real struggle against the dictatorship.
