Uladzislau Beladzed, a student of the Raman Catholic Seminary, was detained. He was taken to the Central Police Department of Minsk.

Uladzislau is a graduate of the Institute of Theology of the Belarusian State University. He entered the Roman Catholic Seminary and practiced at the Minsk Archcathedral after graduation, Christian Visia reports.
