Lukashenka Meets Xi Jinping

The dictator's press service said what they talked about.

Lukashenka met Chinese President Xi Jinping in Beijing.

The dictator said that "Belarus was, is and will be a reliable partner for China", the dictator's press service reported.

The Chinese leader, in turn, said that the Chinese side is ready to strengthen strategic cooperation with Belarusian partners.

- During your official visit to China in late February and early March this year, we reached important agreements in favour of the dynamic development of China-Belarus relations. New agreements were reached at every stage. Political mutual trust and international cooperation have been strengthened throughout the year. There are new results of cooperation under the Belt and Road Initiative," the Chinese leader said.
