Soldiers Of The Russian 488th Regiment Rebelled At The Front In Ukraine

There are many reasons for complaints.

The Russian occupiers are not giving up attempts to reach out to their military command because of problems at the front. A new video message to Defence Minister Sergei Shoigu and Chief of the General Staff Valery Germasimov was recorded by a group of Russian soldiers from the 1st battalion of the 488th Guards Motorized Rifle Regiment, dialog.ua writes.

Traditionally, the occupiers have complained about poor supply, as well as the lack of rotations. They claim that they were supposed to be changed every 10 days at the front line, but instead, they do not receive rations that often. The Russian military is especially dissatisfied with frontline medical treatment.

“The situation is, to put it mildly, catastrophic. The soldiers are forced to remain in positions for 2-3 weeks without the supply of food, water and ammunition. And they promised to change us every 10 days! The situation with medicines is even worse: there are simply not enough bandages at the positions, and the wounded must lie for several days, tied simply with only tourniquets, and wait for evacuation, which never comes. The regiment’s leadership is aware of this situation, but they are not taking any measures,” the Russian soldiers complained.

There is no reaction from the military and political leadership to these complaints.
