Hockey Player From Belarus Released After Arrest In US

Tribuna.com has learned that Belarusian hockey player Yahor Ramanau is at large and will take part in the upcoming games with the New Hampshire Mountain Kings of the North American Hockey League (NAHL).
Recall that it was previously reported that the athlete was detained during a break in the game on a two-year-old warrant on suspicion of “aggravated assault using a vehicle.”
The Minsk native has been playing in the Esmark Stars juniors since 2018, then in 2021 he changed the team to the Wichita Falls Warriors (Oklahoma), in 2022 to Boston Advantage, and this year he moved to the New Hampshire club. This season, Romanov played four games in the NAHL, where he earned two penalty minutes.
