Russian Military Revolt Over Rusty Mines

The "gift" from the Russian Defence Ministry was shown on video.

The Russian military complain about rusty ammunition supplied to them from their warehouses by the Russian Ministry of Defence.

They released a video with a statement to this effect in social networks, nv.ua reported.

It shows that hundreds of mines that arrived to them were covered with rust, because of which the Russians had to literally wash them.

At the same time, the measures they took were also ineffective, because even cleaned shells after so many years of storage simply do not explode.

"In short, we are preparing for war. Here we are... Here they are, our ammunition... For the 82nd mortar. They brought us 600 mines. Now, in order to fight, we'll wash them with diesel oil. Many of them are already loaded, with rusty fuses. Well, we'll throw them. Two out of six explode. That's how we fight. So, who doesn't believe that we fight with rusty weapons, rusty mines, let him come... And that's the case every time. Sometimes we wash out 1,500 mines," the author of the video confessed.
