Attack On Melitopol: Ukrainian Forces Unexpectedly Attacked Russians Near Pryyutne

Occupiers are panicking and ordering aviation to bomb bridges.

Ukrainian troops continue to conduct offensive operations in the Melitopol direction.

The situation in the Kharkiv and Luhansk regions

The Russian milbloggers claimed that positional battles are ongoing near Synkivka and in the Serebryanske forest area.

Ukrainian Eastern Group of Forces Spokesperson Captain Ilya Yevlash stated that Russian forces resumed assault operations in the Kupyansk and Lyman directions and unsuccessfully tried to break through unspecified Ukrainian defenses twice over the past day.

Southern Axis

A Russian milblogger claimed that Ukrainian forces attacked near Pryyutne in three small groups with 15 personnel each. Another Russian milblogger claimed that Ukrainian forces conducted reconnaissance-in-force operations near Pryyutne and Novomayorske on September 29.

Russian forces continued limited ground attacks in the Donetsk-Zaporizhia region's border area on September 30 but did not make any confirmed advances.

The Ukrainian General Staff reported that the invaders conducted unsuccessful offensive operations near Staromayorske and Novodarivka. Russian milbloggers claimed that Russian aviation struck a bridge across the Shaytanka River in Velyka Novosilka.

Russian milbloggers claimed that small Ukrainian infantry groups without armored vehicle support continue assaults near Robotyne, Novoprokopivka, and Verbove.

Russian military bloggers also claimed that Ukrainian forces attacked in the area north of Verbove and carried out assaults in the direction of Kopani (11km southwest of Orikhiv).

Geolocated footage published on September 29 indicates that Russian forces recaptured limited positions at a series of previously lost Russian defensive positions south of Robotyne.
