Tbilisi Bar Owner Refuses To Let In Sobchak, Supporter Of Putinist

The owner of a Georgian bar has harshly cut the Russian TV host down to size.

Russian TV presenter Ksenia Sobchak tried to enter Georgian Dedaena Bar in Tbilisi, but the owner of the place did not let her in because of her support for Russia in the war, writes UNIAN.

Thus, in the framework of the program "Beware, Sobchak", the odious TV presenter was recording an interview with the daughter of Russian Senator Eduard Isakov - Diana. During the walk, the girls decided to go to a local bar, which became famous thanks to a special survey.

It turned out that the owner of the bar had created questionnaires for Russians who wanted to get into the establishment. The main points include "I never voted for Putin" and "Glory to Ukraine".

Sobchak tried to explain to Dato Lapauri that people should not be disadvantaged on the grounds of nationality, but he was relentless. He said that 300 thousands of Georgians became refugees because of Vladimir Putin.

"We all know that Putin is an elected leader. And I don't know if it was a fair choice or not, but it's a fact that majority of the Russians support Putin and his policies. That's why he is the president. 20% of Georgia is occupied by Russia. 300 000 Georgians became refugees because of Russian politics. 300 thousand! Every tenth Georgian in his own country," said the man.

Sobchak went on to insist that the majority of Russians do not even know about the situation in Abkhazia. To which Lapauri responded: "If Russians do not know this, they are simply ignorant and should not come to Georgia. Such Russians are not welcome here, it's support of Russian politics".

"And what does "Glory to Ukraine" have to do with it? Or why should one agree with the fact that "the Russian warship is going in an obvious direction"? What does this have to do with it? What does Ukraine have to do with Georgia? If a person is against the war, but does not support Ukraine?" Sobchak continued to ask questions.

The owner of the bar added that many Russians who tick the box "I did not vote for Putin" are lying.
