Occupiers Start Mobilisation In Luhansk Region

Summonses are being delivered to everyone.

The Russians have started "partial" mobilization in the temporarily occupied areas of Luhansk Region. Summonses are handed out to everyone, from students to pensioners.

This is reported by RBC-Ukraine with reference to the head of the Luhansk Regional Military Administration Serhiy Gaidai.

"The occupiers have started partial mobilization in Starobelsk and Kremenna districts. They explain why it is not a forced mobilization, but a partial one: allegedly these territories are already part of Russia, and partial mobilization has been announced there," he said.

To mobilize citizens, occupants go around the courtyards and hand out summons to everyone indiscriminately, said Gaidai.

"They hand out summonses indiscriminately to everyone - students, the sick, and the elderly," the head of the Luhansk Regional Military Administration said.

We remind you that yesterday Russian President Vladimir Putin signed laws on the so-called "incorporation" of four regions of Ukraine into the Russian Federation.

As is known, a partial mobilization is now under way in the Russian Federation. The country's residents are being called up to the army to be sent to the war in Ukraine. Therefore, since Putin signed the document on the "annexation" of Ukrainian territories, the decree on "partial" mobilization has been in effect there.

However, it is worth noting that forced mobilization has been taking place in the so-called "L/DPR" since the beginning of the year.
