Is Lukashenka preparing an "election campaign" for the seventh term, and does not want gloomy pictures and empty streets?

People will die, while the state statistics will write off the deaths for other diseases.

Or maybe he just hopes to lessen the load on the pension fund? It's elderly people who die first. There's no pension money in the budget. And here's the virus.
