Experts suspect foreign provocation.
In Poland, unidentified people called the State Fire Service to report a fire and "sudden cardiac arrest" in a house in Gdansk where the family of the country's president, Karol Nawrocki, lives.
This was reported by Polskie Radio on Sunday, May 24.
Sp They explained that they acted according to the protocol, and they were unable to call back the number from which the call came.
"A call to the phone from which the call came did not yield any results. An attempt to call through the intercom was also in vain. There was no information in whose house the events were taking place," said the chief commander of the State Fire Service, Wojciech Kruczek.
Police are investigating who was behind the false emergency call to the house where Navrotsky's family lives.
The former head of the intelligence department, Andrzej Derlatka, believes it could be a provocation by foreign intelligence services.
"The election campaign will start soon, and some have already started it," he explained, referring to the parliamentary elections scheduled for October 2027.
"It is quite obvious that the Eastern intelligence services are undermining the situation. There is no doubt about that. Conflict within the country, at the highest level, weakens the state more than anything else. This should not be allowed," Colonel Derlatka emphasized.
