Hungarian Foreign Minister Anita Orban expressed solidarity with the Ukrainian people amid Russia's massive attack on Sunday.
She announced on the X platform.
Orban called Russia's nighttime attack on Ukraine's capital brutal, emphasizing the unacceptability of strikes on civilian targets.
"Russia's brutal nighttime attack on Kiev is yet another horrific reminder of the human cost of this war. Civilians should never wake up to the sound of rockets, drones and explosions, fearing for their lives. Destroyed homes, broken families, dead and injured innocent people - this is unacceptable," the Hungarian foreign minister wrote.
The official emphasized that Budapest strongly condemns these Russian strikes and expresses solidarity with the victims of the attacks and the people of Ukraine.
