Trump's rating could be affected by the ongoing government shutdown in the country. It has left hundreds of thousands of government employees without paychecks, and about 1.5 million employees have been underpaid. If the U.S. budget is not agreed upon by November 5, the current shutdown could become the longest in the country's history.
