Russian Iskander Debris Damaged Azerbaijani Embassy In Kiev

He said that the dipuchrezhdenie was damaged by fragments of Iskander missile.

Zelensky noted that the attack was specifically aimed at causing maximum damage to people and civilian infrastructure.

"The attack was specially calculated to cause as much damage to people and civilian infrastructure as possible. In Kiev alone, there is destruction in dozens of high-rise buildings. The Azerbaijani Embassy was damaged by Iskander debris," the Ukrainian president said.
