Lukashenko's press service has once again framed its chief. It wanted to show the world a model of strength and health, but instead of a cheerful woodcutter it showed a heavy old man with shortness of breath, who with difficulty splits already prepared logs. As Donkey Ea used to say: "A heartbreaking sight!", writes "Salidarnasts".

For the umpteenth time Lukashenko's press service proves the invariable rule: the desire to justify oneself only aggravates doubts. Especially when they go out of their way to refute the obvious.

That's what happened this time. According to the plan, the main historian, border guard, teacher, photographer and a bit of a poet was to appear on November 7 in the image of an energetic woodcutter. It turned out a little differently.

Breathing heavily, a heavy (not to be confused with formidable) elderly hypertensive man in a funny cap to the tune of "And Lenin is so young!" waved his axe, not always hitting the already intended crevices.

"Hello to our valiant journalists!" he said glumly. - He said glumly at the end and waved his hand in an unfriendly manner.

Publicist Alexander Nevzorov, commenting on the video, suggested that this was Lukashenko's way of "demonstrating his skills in working with the press."

The images of Lukashenko chopping wood were published late on Friday night. Already after journalists noticed that Natalya Eismont was present at the traditional championship in chopping firewood among representatives of state media instead of the chief himself. As a result, there was again talk about the ruler's not very good health.

Our response to the "ill-wishers" had to be clawed immediately. Despite the darkness of the day, was raised "watermelon battalion" headed by businessman Sergey Teterin and hastily taken to the plot, where it was to play the role of extras in the sketch "Cheerful woodcutter".

But only "cheerful" did not turn out. The commentators under the video on Nevzorov's channel used any epithets in relation to Lukashenko ("half alive", "old", "decrepit"), but there were no epithets about the strength of his health.

There are only some of them, the most harmless ones:

"The old cockroach can barely lift an axe".

"A little more and he would move his horses, even though he is a sham log".

"The old geezer probably wanted to show that he has a carload of health, but they won't show the medics with an IV behind the curtain".

"All dictators are clowns, showing their strength and health on camera."

"He will die after the next news that he is healthy as an ox."

And some commentators doubted not only his physical, but also mental health:

"Ward number 6. God have mercy on us!"

"Somebody tell this... <� sick man> that nobody chops wood by hand anymore.

The majority agreed that chopping wood is not exactly what citizens usually expect from the leader of their country:

"He should become a lumberjack. But no! He clung to the chair."

"To be able to chop firewood - this is really the most important job of the president, not everyone can do it!"

"If you can't work with your head, work with your hands. Apparently, Europe does not buy fresh swamp air. Maybe it will at least buy firewood. It's time to build a wood pipeline."

"Trained for Kolyma."

In general, we wanted what was best, but it turned out as always - another production about how not to throw off your hooves, proving that you are as healthy as an ox.
