The AFU "turned Off" The Lights In Belgorod

About 40 thousand Russians were left without electricity.

Tens of thousands of residents of Belgorod and the region were left without light as a result of the destruction of the Luch substation on the evening of October 5. The Russians are trying to fix the damage and return light to the city and settlements of the region.

Belgorod Region Governor Vyacheslav Gladkov said. He complained that there is no power supply in seven municipalities in full or partially as a result of the substation outage. About 40 thousand Russians were left without light.

"All the emergency brigades are on the spot and are doing all the necessary work to connect residential houses, social facilities, commercial enterprises, so that we have all the restoration work completed tomorrow. The volume of work should be large," Gladkov admitted.

Earlier, Kiev promised Russians a blackout if the strikes on Ukraine's energy infrastructure did not stop.
