A new phase of the war has begun at the front due to weather changes. Other conditions have formed on the battlefield due to cold, rain and mud. This was told to News.LIVE by Navy spokesman Dmitry Pletenchuk.
He said that weather conditions make movement and fighting difficult, forcing the army to change tactics. At the same time, due to years of experience, such changes are routine for the AFU.
What problems the Defense Forces have on the front
Although technical training is going on without problems, there is now a shortage of personnel on the front.
"People are in short supply. This is the most valuable and the most difficult resource, because it is training, it is experience paid for with blood. Rookies pay a high price too. Therefore, this resource will always be in short supply," Pletenchuk emphasized.
