An elderly Russian man Viktor K. was seized on the street by unknown persons and forced under threat of violence to sign a contract with the Russian Ministry of Defense. He was assigned to serve in a unit staffed by prisoners. In addition, he was forced to enter into a fictitious marriage and make contract payments to a woman unknown to him.

This "Ekhu" became known from documents sent to one of the departments by a relative of Victor K. The real names are known to the editorial office and are concealed for security reasons.

March 18, 2025 Victor K. came home accompanied by an unknown person - a certain Sergey D. The latter said that Victor K. had signed a contract with the Ministry of Defense and came to say goodbye. The unknown person did not specify what organization or department represents, but only left his phone number to contact him.

According to a relative, Victor K. was sent to serve in / h / 95378. This unit belongs to the 1437th motorized rifle regiment, which is attached to the 15th separate motorized rifle brigade "Black Hussars". According to "Wurstka", this Russian unit is regularly involved in "meat assaults": during the full-scale invasion of Ukraine, at least 7.5 thousand soldiers of the brigade were killed. Servicemen of the unit, in particular, took part in the assault on Pokrovsk, which has been ongoing since August 2024.

In a telephone conversation on March 20, that is, two days after his visit, relatives found out that Viktor K. was stopped by unknown people in one of the Krasnoyarsk districts. At first they offered him to voluntarily sign a contract, and after refusal they forced him into a car and took him to one of the military enlistment offices in Krasnoyarsk. There, according to the appeal of his relatives, he was issued a temporary registration at the address where Victor K. did not live, forced to sign a contract with the Ministry of Defense, and then taken to the registry office to forcibly register his marriage with a woman unknown to him. In addition, his bank card was taken away from him. After that Victor K. was sent to the front.

The next day after the visit of Victor K. and unknown Sergei D, relatives learned at the military commissariat about the marriage of Victor K. with an unknown woman. The contract payments were allegedly registered to her.

The relatives kept in touch with Sergei D, who brought Victor K. home before he was sent to the front. He corresponded with the relatives of the detained man on WhatsApp. When asked to send the man's contract with the Defense Ministry, Sergei D. promised to send it later, but never did. He only sent the relatives a photo of Viktor K. in military uniform and said that he had gone by bus to Novosibirsk.
