Zelensky Heads To Meeting With EU Leaders In Copenhagen

Zelensky Heads To Meeting With EU Leaders In Copenhagen
Vladimir Zelensky

Details have come to light.

Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky will meet with European leaders in Copenhagen today, October 2.

The announcement was made by Danish Prime Minister Mette Frederiksen, according to Reuters.

It is reported that Zelensky will also address the European Policy Community today, which will be attended by about 50 heads of state and government, as well as European Union leaders.

The head of state will also later hold a joint press conference with the Danish Prime Minister, where he will talk about the results of the meeting with European politicians.

The European Policy Community is a platform for political and strategic dialog on the future of Europe, established in 2022. The initiative emerged after Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine.

The first meeting of the ENP took place in October of the same year in Prague, where representatives of 44 European countries, as well as the presidents of the European Council and the European Commission gathered.

Reminder, last November, President Volodymyr Zelensky attended the European Policy Community summit in Budapest. This was his first visit to Hungary since the beginning of Russia's full-scale war against Ukraine.

It was also reported that Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fitzo would not participate in the European Political Community summit due to health problems related to the assassination attempt.
