The so-called governor of Sevastopol Mikhail Razvozhaev stated on his Telegram channel that the air defense system had worked in the city.

He said that "same thing as yesterday" was repeating itself, but he advised the townspeople to remain calm, because the military "are doing their job perfectly."

"I am at my workplace in the government. As well as many of the townspeople, I heard bangs in the center. Similar ones sounded a little earlier in the Strelka area. Air defense worked in the bay. Let's support them," the message says.

Ukrainian Telegram channels report a high consumption of ammunition in Russian air defense systems in Sevastopol, Yevpatoria and Kerch.

"There is still a lot of time and inspiration until the morning," the Operative AFU channel said in a message.
