There Will Be No More Politicians Relying On Moscow In Belarus

The Russian aggression in Ukraine has opened everyone's eyes.

The Russian aggression in Ukraine has opened everyone's eyes.

Natallia Radzina, the Editor-in-Chief of the website Charter97.org believes that the events in Ukraine have revealed that Belarus has only one possible path — the European one. The Belarusian journalist writes about this on Facebook:

"I constantly talk with my friends from Ukraine. I hear many horrible stories and evidence of the crimes of the Russian army. The worst of them are about raped women and children. These animals rape children, do you hear this?!

Today I was told about a 12-year-old girl whose hair turned completely gray after the horrors she had gone through, and about old people whom the Russian soldiers shot for fun.

Thousands of Ukrainians, killed, tortured, tormented, starved to death in the occupied cities...

Putin and his regime will have to answer for all this horror... Lukashenka and his junta will have to answer for this. Everyone who supports these crimes against humanity will be held accountable for this one way or another.

And there is one more thing I know for sure: after liberation from the dictatorship, Belarus must immediately withdraw from all bondage unions imposed by another dictatorship, build a strong national democratic state and move towards the EU and NATO. Politicians who rely on Moscow and "wise Putin" (or whoever will come after him), various analogues of the Ukrainian Opposition Platform - For Life, simply should not be in our lives. We need professionals and patriots.
