German Locksmith Erik Volunteers For AFU To Free His Relatives In Kherson

The moment of the meeting was caught on video.

Locksmith Erik from the German town of Cuxhaven volunteered for the AFU to liberate Kherson, where his grandmother, grandfather and aunt live.

According to Censor.net, a video of Erik meeting his relatives in the liberated city was posted on social media.

"Erik is a locksmith from the German town of Cuxhaven. He went to war in Ukraine to liberate his grandfather, grandmother and aunt in Kherson. He was in tears when he finally managed to hug them. The German language in Kherson is the language of the liberators from the fascism. That's how history came back," reads the comment to the video.
