The security agencies detained a psychiatrist-narcologist in Brest, his name is Maksim Zaitsev, the head of the department of the Brest Regional Narcological Dispensary.

It is reported that the man left comments about Lukashenka and the Сhairman of the Brest City Executive Committee Aliaksandr Rahachuk. The security agencies say that a criminal case has been opened against Zaitsau under articles 368 and 369 of the Criminal Code (insulting Lukashenka and insulting a government official).
