Russian publicist and stalwart critic of the Putin regime Igor Eydman commented on the death of Lukashenka's minister Uladzimir Makei on Telegram:

"Not an old man, this Makei, 64 years old. He visited the CSTO session in Yerevan. And then suddenly he bit the dust.

Either a heart attack or Putin warns Luka not to get out and enter the war faster, or this was a personal warning for Putin."
