He explained that Russia uses S-300 anti-aircraft missiles for constant terror against civilians.

These missiles are designed to destroy air targets, their warhead is filled with thousands of small submunitions to destroy aircraft bodies. Russia is hitting civilian infrastructure with S-300 missiles, and all these damaging elements are damaging civilians.

“Belarus transfers these missiles to Russia,” the speaker of the Air Force said.

According to him, this transfer does not mean that Russia is planning a massive shelling in the coming days.
