Exhibition Of Sculptor Jan Leusha Opens In Warsaw

The Belarusian presented 12 bronze sculptures and graphics of impressive size.

The first personal exhibition of the sculptor Jan Leusha was held in Warsaw from 6 to 13 November. One could get acquainted with the work of a talented Belarusian who lives in Poland at the Art in House auction house. The exhibition featured 12 bronze sculptures and graphics of impressive size.

Yan Leusha was born in 1998 in Braslau, studied at the Minsk State Art College. When Jan found out that the art academy in Minsk would not open enrollment for the Sculpture course, he decided to go to Lviv, where he graduated with honors from the Academy of Arts in 2014. Leusha wanted to continue his studies in Poland and entered the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw.

“It turns out that I studied my favorite occupation in three different countries. It gave me a lot,” says Jan. But the young sculptor is not going to stop there, and plans to receive a doctoral student in Warsaw.

Jan Leusha invites everyone who has not had time to get acquainted with his work to his exhibition in the spring — in March-April, a second, more expanded exposition of his works is planned in Warsaw.
