Independent Portal Hrodna.life Will Be Liquidated in Hrodna

The Hrodna prosecutor's office has filed a lawsuit to liquidate Hrodnalifemedia LLC, which owns the independent media resource Hrodna.life, reports the Belarusian Association of Journalists.

The first hearing on the liquidation case will be held on August 11 at the Economic Court of the HrodnaRegion.

Earlier, searches were carried out in the editorial office of Hrodna.life. In addition, since the beginning of the year, the portal has received more than $ 10,000 in fines for "distributing information products included in the republican list of extremist materials."
