Beggar Collective Farms Obliged To Repair Roads At Their Own Expense

There is no money at all.

- Such a document has come today to the heads of all agricultural organizations of Kobryn district, the NEXTA telegram channel writes. Yes, yes, it is not the local authorities (whose competence it is), but half-impoverished collective farms who have to pay for repair of roads. And this is despite the fact that they are all in debt. Moreover, it is "recommended" to buy road repair services from the state road workers, who are supposed to do it anyway - the money for this is allocated from the budget.

Where did that money go? It's a classic deflection.

However, it is not surprising. Considering the rate at which the volume of infrastructure construction has been falling in Belarus in the last 7 years. After all, money in the budget is left only for the "beauty" ones.

Why don't they build roads?
